Two days in and we already got a call from security to remind us that we forgot to slide the deadbolt before locking the door! This was my first experience with a storage unit and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff member (Brandon) was very helpful and informative and even pushed his lunch break back a few minutes to help my partner and me out. The unit was clean, and we were given keypad access to the gate and the elevator so we could load stuff in within 15 minutes of getting there. There are several loading dock positions to back a truck or car up to, and carts to help move things to and fro. Great place.

I reserved online and Bryon from the facility called me to confirm within 30 mins of making reservation. He was kind and friendly and super helpful. I felted comfortable and safe at the site can’t enter or leave gate without pin!

I was impressed that someone from the onsite office called to remind me about my reservation ahead of time and check if the date was still good for me - and worked with me since I was going to be a day late, calling to follow up with me the next morning as well. Service was extremely friendly and had a personal touch, and the office was very clean and professionally kept. I will definitely recommend this place.

I rented a small outdoor unit that I'm using as overflow during the move between two houses. The rental was very easy to set up, and Eric and Amanda in the office were extremely cordial and professional working with me when I arrived. While I'm not currentlyvrenting an indoor climate controlled unit I was shown one and they're very nice. I'm very impressed with the facility and its management and would use it again in the future.

The place is super clean, and easy to access even the second floor by elevator. I had to unexpectedly move over a holiday when we were having a family emergency. I got online, and found the rates reasonable, and the site seemed to be the most straight forward about fees. There were no surprises. I was a bit frustrated to find there was a required insurance fee, but it was not ambiguous like some "lowest price" storage units, and I had the option to show proof of insurance. The rate is reasonable regardless. I was so tired that day, not really sure what size to get, and the representative did a great job of weighing out the options with me.
